Project Management
These are our responsibilities in managing your project:

  • Single point of contact and responsibility for flawless execution of your project

  • Schedule each critical step using computerized tools (MS Project and the proprietary ServiceTRAX) to chart critical dates and information

  • Coordinate with all trades and subcontractors to maintain adherence to schedule

  • Organize and participate in job meetings for communication of project information

  • Prepare all product specifications and order documentation for needed furniture

  • Plan and execute the receiving, staging, moving and installing of all products – new or existing – required on the project

  • Monitor and maintain budget adherence

  • Plan and coordinate moves, with a minimum of disruption to your business

  • Conduct project closeout and resolve all punch list items

  • Bar-code inventory and as-built drawings for ongoing asset management

Pre-Installation

  • Developing installation plans to meet your schedule

  • Incorporating existing products into plans as needed

Installation Services

  • Staging and sequencing

  • Disassembly of any current product in place

  • Installing every brand of office furniture

  • Ensuring your installation is completed on-time and on budget

  • Conforming to carefully constructed quality standards and controls

Post-Installation

  • Conducting post-installation site inspections

  • Promptly handling all punch list issues
